On Friday 8th May 2015 after the close of business I ordered a gent's signet ring for our Pearl wedding anniversary on the 18th. Very short notice but it took a whole months urging (he would say nagging) to get my husband to make a decision. I telephoned when the business re-opened on Monday 11th to see if there was any chance at all of getting the ring in time for the celebration which was scheduled for 17th. The ring was to be engraved which usually meant about 14days for delivery. I spoke to a very efficient and helpful lady on the telephone who listened to my request and straight away put all moves into the system to try and hurry the order including guaranteed delivery for Saturday 16th if the engraving and hallmarking was completed in time, although she would not promise as not all stages were within control of Bay Rings. I was so pleased and relieved when the ring arrived very nicely packaged, beautifully engraved and in time for the 'big day'.
Thank you all at Bay Rings for your professionalism and the excellent customer service that is so rare these days. I was very happy to
tell any of our guests who asked that you had supplied the ring.
