Just wanted to drop a quick thank you over. The ring I purchased was for my Mum, she has been widowed since 1976 and several weeks ago she lost her precious wedding ring (slipping off her finger due to weight loss) I bought this ring not as a replacement, as I could never do that, but to make her feel “right” again.This ring was absolutely perfect and the joy it has given her is wonderful. On Friday 8th May 2015 after the close of business I ordered a gent's signet ring for our Pearl wedding anniversary on the 18th. Very short notice but it took a whole months urging (he would say nagging) to get my husband to make a decision. I telephoned when the business re-opened on Monday 11th to see if there was any chance at all of getting the ring in time for the celebration which was scheduled for 17th. The ring was to be engraved which usually meant about 14days for delivery. I spoke to a very efficient and helpful lady on the telephone who listened to my request and straight away put all moves into the system to try and hurry the order including guaranteed delivery for Saturday 16th if the engraving and hallmarking was completed in time, although she would not promise as not all stages were within control of Bay Rings. I was so pleased and relieved when the ring arrived very nicely packaged, beautifully engraved and in time for the 'big day'.
Thank you all at Bay Rings for your professionalism and the excellent customer service that is so rare these days. I was very happy to
tell any of our guests who asked that you had supplied the ring.

I just wanted to say thank you for all you assistance, (it shouldn't be as it should be a given) but it's so nice to have such excellent customer service.
Someone who is actually bothered by the part they play in selling goods and wants to make it right for the customer.
