01-Nov-2011. Hi Kerry/Bayrings, I just wanted to say a MASSIVE thank you for the ring. It came Friday morning, so with plenty of time for our wedding this coming Saturday. It fits perfectly thanks to your ring measurer. I am very impressed with the level of service I received especially from Kerry. Who, when I explained my situation ( my originally rings being stolen) was extremely sympathetic and but also showed efficiency and set clear expectations. She monitored my ring and made sure it would arrive before the wedding. My husband to be, John, is so happy and impressed with the quality of his wedding ring. 15-January-2014 Hi, Just want to say thank you so much for our beautiful platinum wedding bands! I was a bit weary of purchasing off the website as some Internet sites are fake and I thought the prices were maybe too good to be true. But I just went ahead and ordered after I had called to make sure the site was legit. I am so impressed with the rings. I ordered them on the Friday, got an email Monday morning saying my order was being processed, then an email in the afternoon saying they had been dispatched. I then received the rings at about 9:30 on the Tuesday morning (today), I have never had service like this and I wouldn't hesitate on purchasing from here. I also took out the free buyers protection which covered me up to the price of the rings in case anything did go wrong but it didn't. This seemed like an extra safety catch for me as I don't have a credit card to buy things with so thought I may not be covered but it did cover me for paying with my normal bank card. Just a massive thank you! We have paid for our wedding ourselves so this kept the price down as high street jewellers are a rip off. I am delighted! Thanks again!!
