20th June 2014 - I would just like to let you know how pleased and impressed we have been with your company especially Kerry Bak your Customer Services manager. I got married 3 years ago and was really delighted with my three gold celtic ring. Unfortunately, I had to have the ring cut off after breaking my finger 16 months ago. Having let the injury settle my husband phoned you for advice which we followed and then decided to have a new ring of the same type. The injury meant a larger size and Kerry suggested melting down the original and adding it ( I hadn't even thought of this possibility ) to the new ring. What a great idea for sentimental reasons. The new ring arrived this morning as promised and I can't really put into words how pleased I am. Thank you so much for everything.
