We understand that you may have some concerns about getting your perfect ring delivered safely and on time at the moment. Bay Rings is committed to keep providing you with the great service you expect from us, so we have made some changes to give you peace of mind at this challenging time.

Delivery Times

We are doing everything we can to keep all deliveries on time. We will do our best to keep you up to date if we expect any changes. If you do have any concerns, our customer service team will be more than happy to help.

Extended 100-Day Returns

We understand that it may be more difficult to post items at the moment, so we are extending our returns period to 100 days so you can return items at a time that is safe and convenient for you.

Hygiene

We have taken steps to ensure that all our staff are following UK Government and NHS guidelines, and we will continue to update these policies as the advice changes. We will ensure that the ring of your dreams is packed and handled in the safest way possible by all staff.
